We make everything to order – with great love and care! For this reason we cannot accept returns, exchanges or change of mind as I do not hold stock – so sorry! If you are really stuck in a bad sitch for some reason please just get in touch, we will help you where we can.

faulty or damaged items

Despite carefully processing and packaging all your orders sometimes accidents can happen in transit – it’s heart breaking!
All my packages are fully insured so please don’t fret, you will be taken care of so you have a beautiful new artwork on your wall asap. If the product has arrived faulty for any reason please take photos of:
  • The external box
  • The shipping label on the box
  • The damage to the artwork/frame
  • The more photos the better
  • Why not a selfie while you’re at it
