STUDIO MANAGER - OVERVIEW
My business is growing and it’s time for the next step. I am looking for a gorgeous human who will be a happy and enthusiastic addition to our team in the role of Studio Manager.

You are a natural organiser, have a knack for keeping on top of things and love making customers happy. You will be responsible for overseeing all orders from start to finish, ensuring they are dispatched correctly and on time, so we can create a positive experience for our beautiful customers. We already have fantastic systems and processes in place; we need you to run with this but also be confident to change/adapt/perfect it as needed. We are a fun-loving, positive team who will support and encourage you to ensure you feel confident and capable as you develop into your new role.
I would love you to be the friendly face of my business and show your natural ability to connect with customers and wholesale clients. You must be approachable, helpful and have a genuine want to create good outcomes and a positive experience for my customers, suppliers and anyone who interacts with my business. Dealing with enquiries, follow ups and being an all-round superstar with your calendar and to-do list is a must.
Any Shopify, excel spreadsheet or administrative experience is an advantage, however anyone who is comfortable with technology and zippy around a computer can be taught all the skills they need to perform this role. An interest in art or interiors is welcome but not essential.
The position is available as part time and required at least three days a week (school hours) with possibility of growing to four days. Start and finish times are flexible. Working from home one day a week can be possible in future once confident in the role. We have a great team environment of working mums where family comes first.
