We make everything to order, with great love and care. For this reason we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind. If you have only recently placed the order, get in touch in case we can stop it before it's printed. I want you to love your artwork, so if you have any concerns at all, please get in touch.

Damaged parcels.

We package all artworks with the utmost care and partner with reputable couriers, but in rare cases accidental damage may occur during transit. Please rest assured that we are fully insured and will replace your artwork as soon as possible.

To assist us in the replacement, please take photos of

  • the external box
  • the shipping label on the box
  • the damage to the artwork/frame
  • the more photos the better

Please get in touch with me as soon as possible, and send photos within 7 days of receiving the damaged parcel.
